Garlic Scapes are the curly green Q that grows tall out of the top of the plant. Farmers cut them off to encourage bulb growth and then usually just compost them. But they are an amazing source of incredible garlic flavor. We dry them and grind them into this intensely garlic powder than can be used just like any other garlic powder. 1.5 oz jar
