These granolas are delicious and distinct enough from one another that I'm glad I tried the box set. A pleasing variety of textures and flavors. Love the GusterNola's brazil nuts (a first for me, a multi-decade granola connoisseur). With both the granola and the chocolate peanut butter bars (of which I've been a fan for 20 years), I find a little goes a long way. I eat a bit, then am energized to go on a substantial walk and think positive thoughts about the future.

I use this in my coffee for a special treat in the mornings. The only bad thing about it is that I go through it too quickly! Love this caramel on its own or over plain cheesecake or vanilla ice cream. Very versatile!

Been refreshing my caramel selection from Fat Toad for years. Sometimes I will add a special, seasonal flavor, but the basic eight are so good. I store one in the refrigerator, which gives it extra body for ice cream, or use one at room temp for caramel popcorn. Yum!

Definitely one of my all-time favorites. This one kicks my ass in the best way possible. If you can stand the 5 flames you will not be disappointed. Slightly floral, slightly sweet, a bit smoky, well-rounded ghost pepper flavor, makes my head colds go away!

Butterfly Bakery of Vermont began as a small local bakery founded by Claire Georges, who simply wanted to make good food from good ingredients. What started as a few batches of cookies and granola sold at local stores quickly grew into a community favorite known for maple-sweetened baked goods and honest Vermont flavor. Every spoonful, bar, and bite was made with the same care you’d find in a home kitchen, just with a few more mixing bowls.

From Sweet to Spicy

Everything changed thanks to a little farmers market bartering. At the end of each market, Claire would trade her unsold baked goods with local farmers who often had
extra chili peppers. She started experimenting in her kitchen, turning those peppers into small batches of hot sauce to bring to the next market, and they sold out every time. What began as a bit of farmers market fun quickly became the heart of the business, driven by curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that hot sauce should always be about flavor and connection first and heat second.

A Sweet Partnership

Over time, Butterfly Bakery grew from a bakery into a full-fledged Vermont food company that celebrates small farms and big flavors. In 2022, the beloved Fat Toad Farm Caramel became part of the Butterfly Bakery family, bringing its rich goat’s milk caramel recipes into the same Vermont-made lineup. Together under one brand, we continue to champion small-farm ingredients, sustainable sourcing, and the joy of making things by hand.
