We cold brew a blend of Tahitian, Madagascar and Ugandan vanillas in a fresh toasted oak barrel which gives it a complex, milk-chocolatey, candy-yet whiskey flavor. We have been making cold-brewed vanilla extracts for over 10 years, and this might be our best recipe yet. Using Green Mountain Distillers organic vodka gives an exceptionally smooth profile that will take your custards, frostings, baked goods and mixed drinks to the next level.
