Returns & Refunds

We’re a small team handcrafting every product with care, and we want you to love what you receive. While all sales are final, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out - we’re here to help.

If something was broken or damaged during shipping, email us at hello@butterflybakeryvt.com with photos of the damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review your message and make it right with a replacement or another solution that works for you.

Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons related to taste or preference — but if there’s a quality issue, please let us know. We stand behind everything we make.


Exchanges

For food safety reasons, we can’t offer exchanges on any items.


Cancellations

Need to cancel an order? No problem - as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Once your order is on its way, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. If you're unsure of your order status, just shoot us an email and we’ll check on it for you.
