Did your package arrive broken?

That is definitely a bummer. We packed your order with enormous care, but it's crazy what can happen out there in the wild world of shipping. Please take as many pictures of the inside and outside of the box and of the broken item(s) as you can and send those to us (but don't stick your hands into broken glass please!). We need those pictures to file a claim with the carrier. Once your send those picture our way, we can replace or refund your order as you wish.

Does your order say delivered, but it isn't where you expect it to be?

Please reach out to the carrier first. They are the ones who know where they left it (GPS is great) and they have the best odds of being able to get those yummy goodies into your hands the fastest. And as much as we like working miracles, just like death and taxes, some things are outside of our control.
