You want your order approximately yesterday, right? Well, we do out best to make that happen. 

Shipping Cost:

Shipping is FREE for orders over $70!

Otherwise, shipping charges vary according to weight and destination, and will be calculated automatically upon checkout.

Shipping Timing:

We work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible - most shipments leave our Barre, Vermont kitchen within a day or two. During our busy season (especially around the holidays), it can take us a few extra days to pack and ship because every order is filled by hand with care. If you’re working with a tight deadline or need your order by a specific date, just let us know! We’ll do our best to make it happen and can often prioritize shipments when we know you’re on a schedule.

Your sauces, mustards, and caramels are worth the wait - but a quick message from you helps us make sure they arrive right when you need them.

Everything ships from our cannery in Barre, Vermont and generally orders going to individuals go out via USPS or UPS and wholesale orders go out either via FedEx or UPS depending on size. USPS, UPS and FedEx orders should get to you in 1-5 days from pickup. Here are the maps from USPS, UPS and FedEx with shipping times. Any questions? Delivery Problems?

Did your package arrive broken? That is definitely a bummer. We packed your order with enormous care, but it's crazy what can happen out there in the wild world of shipping. Please take as many pictures of the inside and outside of the box and of the broken item(s) as you can and send those to us (but don't stick your hands into broken glass please!). We need those pictures to file a claim with the carrier. Once your send those picture our way, we can replace or refund your order as you wish.

Does your order say delivered, but it isn't where you expect it to be? Please reach out to the carrier first. They are the ones who know where they left it (GPS is great) and they have the best odds of being able to get those yummy goodies into your hands the fastest. And as much as we like working miracles, just like death and taxes, some things are outside of our control.
