The usual details:

You want your order approximately yesterday, right? Well, it's a good thing that we love getting your order out of our hands and into yours as fast as possible! That's why, if you order before our mail carrier comes by (usually between noon and 3), we usually get your order out the very same day. 

However, sometimes, things are crazy and we can't just magically add more people to our shipping crew when they are suddenly crazy (that would be cool). So, when we run a sale or we have a random weekend where a lot of orders come in, orders might be a day or even two behind. Orders that come in over Black Friday weekend (or the week after), could take up to a week to ship out. That said, we love making miracles happen, so if you need your shipment to arrive to you before a specific date, please reach out and we'll try our darnedest to make it happen. 

 

Everything ships from our cannery in Barre, Vermont and generally orders going to individuals go out via USPS or UPS and wholesale orders go out either via FedEx or UPS depending on size. USPS, UPS and FedEx orders should get to you in 1-5 days from pickup. Here are the maps from USPS, UPS and FedEx with shipping times. Any questions? Shipping Problems:

Did your package arrive broken? That is definitely a bummer. We packed your order with enormous care, but it's crazy what can happen out there in the wild world of shipping. Please take as many pictures of the inside and outside of the box and of the broken item(s) as you can and send those to us (but don't stick your hands into broken glass please!). We need those pictures to file a claim with the carrier. Once your send those picture our way, we can replace or refund your order as you wish.
Does your order say delivered, but it isn't where you expect it to be? Please reach out to the carrier first. They are the ones who know where they left it (GPS is great) and they have the best odds of being able to get those yummy goodies into your hands the fastest. And as much as we like working miracles, just like death and taxes, some things are outside our control.
