We made the first batch of this medium heat green salsa with green garlic that we pulled ourselves on a farm work day at Honey Field Farm in Norwich Vermont. The lighter, sweeter flavor of the green garlic complements the tomatillos and lime perfectly to make a well balanced salsa perfect for burritos, charcuterie and nachos.

By working directly with small farms, we ensure that what goes into each jar is as fresh and vibrant as the season itself.
