Carrier Roasting Company’s coffee and pure Vermont maple syrup give a dark chocolate undertone to Vermont red jalapeños. This hot sauce is excellent in bean chili, dabbed on a charcuterie board and with chicken pot pie.

Ingredients: Red jalapeños*, white vinegar, cold brewed Carrier Roasting Company’s Deep Thought coffee, pure Vermont maple syrup, salt.  

* Grown within 200 miles of our Vermont kitchen.
