Almost of the year's peppers are in and our kitchen smells like fall. This month’s micro batches are all about autumn flavors - deep, smoky, and maybe a little surprising. These sauces are small-batch, seasonal runs made from what our farm partners are growing now.

Ripe tomatoes, roasted pumpkin, and a touch of rosemary give this sauce hearty soup feelings, like that delightful savory warmth after being outside on a bone chilling day. Wonderful for grilled cheese, garlic bread, and of course, SOUP!!!

Apple Serrano Cabbage Hot Sauce
With a mild heat and naturally sweet and earthy qualities from fresh apples and savory cabbage, this sauce is an homage to the seasons changing and the end of harvest. It is a perfect pairing for portabella mushrooms, mac and cheese, blanched greens, or a simple slice of cheddar.

Dutchess Mystery Pepper Single Varietal Hot Sauce
This reoccurring favorite has a story. The Dutchess Mystery Pepper was a golden ghost variant that popped up in the middle of a row of golden ghosts at Dutchess Farm - and they have been growing it out ever since. It’s got the heat of a ghost pepper but the flavor and sweetness of a carmen, making it both fiery and beautifully balanced. This is the only place that grows this fantastic pepper and I can't recommend it enough.
