The sofi Awards are basically the Oscars of specialty food, recognizing the best of the best in taste, quality, and craftsmanship. Competition is fierce, so we’re feeling incredibly honored to have our maple-sweetened granola shine among the nation’s favorites.

I developed Mighty Tasty after a bulk buyer mentioned they had an opening for a new granola and I told them I had one that would be a perfect fit. At the time, it existed only as an idea, but I knew exactly what I wanted it to taste like. So, I gathered all of my ideas, mixed up a test batch, and the result was everything I had imagined: crunchy, warmly spiced, and naturally sweet with pure Vermont maple syrup. I have fine-tuned it a little over the years, but today’s Mighty Tasty Granola is nearly identical to that first hopeful batch.
