Turn Breakfast into Dessert

Turn Breakfast into Dessert

You are one spoon away.

Hey Friends,

Breakfast is doing its best.

Coffee. Toast. Maybe some yogurt if you’re feeling ambitious.

But it could be doing more.

Specifically, it could be dessert.

All it takes is a spoonful of caramel.

Here's how to make this yours:

1. Pancakes that stop pretending they’re not dessert
Skip the syrup, or don’t. We’re not here to limit you. Warm up some caramel and pour it over a stack of pancakes or waffles. It melts into every layer and suddenly breakfast feels like something you’d order out.

2. Oatmeal, high fiber but you actually want it
A bowl of oatmeal plus a spoonful of caramel plus maybe some fruit or nuts. That’s it. That’s the upgrade. It goes from “ok” to “why don’t I do this every day?”

3. Yogurt but fancy
Swirl caramel into plain or vanilla yogurt. Add granola if you want a little crunch. It’s creamy, sweet, and just indulgent enough to feel like you got away with something.

Different caramels take these in different directions, too:

Original – Classic, nutty, goes with everything
Vermont Maple – Deeper, woodsy, especially good with pancakes
Vanilla Bean– Soft and bakery-like, perfect in yogurt or oatmeal
Mulled Cider – Warm and cozy, made for mornings that need help

None of this requires new equipment, new skills, or even that much effort.

Just a spoon and a jar.
