Ooh La La - A Guster Hot Sauce

This one started as a collaboration with the band Guster, inspired by their album Ooh La La. The goal was simple: make a hot sauce that felt a little luxurious. Silky. Rich. You know… ooh la la.

We roast sweet butternut squash until it’s caramelized and mellow, then blend it with our maple wood smoked onions and Vermont-grown red jalapeños. The result is a velvety hot sauce with deep savory flavor, a gentle sweetness from the squash, and a steady, satisfying heat.

It’s a little weird. A lot wonderful. And surprisingly versatile.

Try it on roasted vegetables, tacos, grilled chicken, rice bowls, or anything that could use a smoky, squashy, slightly spicy glow-up. Or just bring it to a concert and pass it around.

Because good music and good hot sauce belong at the same table.

How We Make Our Hot Sauce

It All Starts With The Farmers

Our hot sauces begin in the soil. We work directly with small farms that grow the chili peppers, onions, and herbs that make each bottle unique. Every harvest is different, which means every batch has its own personality. Supporting our farmers keeps our ingredients fresh, our flavors clear, and our community strong.

The Magic of Flavor First

We don’t chase heat. We chase flavor. Our small-batch sauces are built to be bold, balanced, and unforgettable, whether they’re starring on a breakfast sandwich or standing up to barbecue. We focus on balance, freshness, and the kind of depth that only comes from small-batch care. Every sauce is crafted to make food taste better, not just hotter.
