Three New Microbatch Hot Sauces for Your Gustatory Pleasure

Three New Microbatch Hot Sauces for Your Gustatory Pleasure

I may be at the Big E, but the sauce doesn't stop

Hey Friends,

I am on day 10 of the Big E, the 4th largest fair in the US. It’s 17 straight 12-hour days and about 1.5 million people, so “marathon” feels like an understatement.

My staff has been rotating through so nobody gets burned out. I, however, am here for all 17 days. Lucky me.

BUT two of my friends are here this weekend and are currently running my booth like old pros, which means I get to kick up my feet for a minute and tell you about three new hot sauces.

Back at the Cannery, my home team hasn’t slowed down. They’re prepping, cooking, bottling, labeling and shipping in overdrive, including our September microbatches.

There is absolutely no theme to these three. They’re just what sounded good when we sat down to dream up September sauces.

And we were right.

Santa Fe Sriracha and Honey Lime Cayenne are both squarely below medium heat while Habanero Pickled Onion is a kick above.

Which means you could, very reasonably, start your day with Habanero Pickled Onion on eggs, add Honey Lime Cayenne to a lunchtime bowl of soup, and finish with Santa Fe Sriracha on pizza.

I’m not saying you need a hot sauce for every meal.

But now you have one.

Meet the September Micro Batch Hot Sauces!
