A phone call I wasn't expecting

"Have you seen Food and Wine?!"
That was the opening line of the phone call I got as I had just finished setting up our booth at our first New York Fancy Food Show. I was tired and sweaty and definitely hadn't seen Food and Wine.
Taco Vibes Only had just been named as the top hot sauce that chefs swear by in Food and Wine Magazine by TWO award winning chefs. And every other hot sauce in the list was a national brand. We were the only craft hot sauce on the list.
Holy shit.
Our website started blowing up. We scrambled to figure out how to print out the article and reposition everything in our Fancy Food Show display so that we could tell buyers about it. It was a great talking point. "As seen on Hot Ones" would draw the buyers in, but they would stay for the Food and Wine.
The attention and accolades that Taco Vibes Only gets is really blowing me away. I mean, that sauce is hot AF. A little dab'll do you. We wear PPE when we make it. But clearly there has been a pent up demand for hot AF hot sauce with good AF flavor.
