This is a big one for us

We are at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City this week and, let me say, it's a lot! 2025 is our first year of trade shows and this is our biggest one yet. There are about 2,400 exhibitors here and wow, it's amazing to see them all setting up. I could be here for a week and still not visit every booth. We've been meeting with buyers, attending seminars and figuring out what good words to say to convey how yummy our hot sauces and caramel are while buyers brains are buzzing with 2,399 other yummy food booths.

But it's been fun. I love all of the people that we're meeting and connections that we're making. I love seeing the ingenuity that everyone has put into their booths, because, oy, we have spent A LOT of hours thinking about our booth and I know what is involved. I love the conversations we're having and finding out what buyers are looking for in the market. And hopefully (hopefully) we'll walk away with some great new accounts.
