Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee! This very hot sauce is a one-two punch of tomato and ginger before calling in the Scotch Bonnet ringer. However it does play nice with flaky whitefish, stir fry, or Caribbean dishes.

Ingredients: White vinegar, Lester Farm tomatoes, Lester Farm Scotch Bonnet peppers, Lester Farm habanero peppers, LePage Farm fresh ginger, salt.
