For years I spent a lot more time thinking about recipes than marketing. I knew that if we made food worth talking about, people would tell their friends. So that’s how I grew Butterfly Bakery.
These days I spend a lot more time telling our story. Hot sauce and caramel get most of my attention, and they've both grown because of it.
Mighty Tasty Granola, though? It just keeps selling without any of my attention.
