Tomatillo Corn Hot Sauce
This is, without question, our most popular microbatch hot sauce. Every time we make it the batch sells out faster than the time before. It even recently won a very pretty trophy and first place verde in the Spicy Flave Awards! We *should* make it a big batch hot sauce, but we don't because we're farm-to-fork and manually breaking down that much fresh summer corn is ... a lot. So instead we mess with folks by suddenly dropping micro batches of it at irregular intervals with no warning. Enjoy!
Pink Peppercorn Pear Hot Sauce
From loaf to luncheon, this surprisingly spectacular sandwich sauce pairs with anything between a couple slices of bread. Whole wheat with turkey, grilled cheese, cream cheese and cucumber. It does it all! And for the sweet and daring, berries and ice cream
Trinidad Scape Hot Sauce
Trinidad Perfume peppers are a no-heat variety of the exceptionally hot Trinidad Scorpion pepper. We’ve added some savory garlic scape to this batch to compliment the natural fruity-floral flavors of the peppers. Enjoy generously on baked potatoes, grilled artichokes, tacos, and goat cheese.
