Back in early 2022 (seems so long ago now, right?), we made a simple hot sauce and sent it out into the world. We had no idea the effect that it would have. We had no idea that this simple 3 ingredients hot sauce would become our longest-requested microbatch.
Usually when we sell out of a microbatch hot sauce that you love we get a flurry of requests for it's return and then everyone moves on with their life. But every once in a while we make a sauce that folks just can't get out of their brains. So since we are still getting requests for this sauce 4 years after we made it, we decided that it was time to bring back Honey Field Habanero.
Honey Field Habanero is a simple 3 ingredient sauce that exemplifies the amazing peppers that our farms are able to grow. We use a blend of red and orange habaneros from Honey Field Farm in Norwich, Vermont and cook them up with the right amount of vinegar and salt. The result is hot sauce terroir in a bottle. Simple, nuanced, rich and full of that amazing habanero heat.
But don't let Honey Field Habanero's return overshadow our two brand new micro batches! Both give us a delicious blend of rich and tangy that feels great in the deep of winter.
Tatsoi Tomatillo
Lovely tangy tatsoi, its sweet versatility makes this mild tomatillo sauce practically drinkable. A great sauce for grain bowls, pizza, and anything featuring corn.
Tomato Ghost Eggplant
Silky smooth with a surprising sneaky heat! A hefty dose of tomato with roasted eggplant creates delicious ratatouille vibes. Add a little oil or use as-is for a spicy salad dressing, on chicken wings, or with more carb heavy foods like pizza and lasagna.
