3 totally new micro batch hot sauces!

We live life a little differently
Sometimes you need to cuddle up to a familiar old friend, but sometimes you just need to change it all up!
We have three totally new microbatch hot sauces this month. They have only existed in our brains prior to their creation. And they are just yummy. Both the Maple Smoked Basil Lime and the Mixed Chili Sofrito are on the milder end of the spectrum. And the Honey Fatalii is ... not.
Sofrito is a flavorful cooking sauce used throughout South America. We gave our Mixed Chili Sofrito a Vermont flair with a vibrant mix of serrano, carmen, and cayenne peppers. This sauce is a perfect companion to a humble bowl of brown rice, baked nachos, or a plate of cilantro-heavy tacos al pastor.
We made our Maple Smoked Basil Lime with basil grown right here at the bakery! With a little mapley-onion smoke and more maple sweet, this serrano and carmen sauce will make itself at home on grilled chicken breast, watermelon, or in a midwest pasta salad.
Out Honey Fatalii Hot Sauce is a "femme fatalii" of a sauce that draws you in with enticing promises of sweet yellow peppers and golden honey. And delivers… at a price. Firey fatalii peppers and local "Mystery" varietal soon take control as you can’t help but put it on grilled trout, grain bowls, and any cheese within arms reach.
And for the first time (!) we've combined all three into a convenient July Micro Dose Bundle. You can have your meal bases covered with this set.
Get one, get all, get them while the getting is good!
