An unusual trio of micros

What's life without a little wild and crazy change, right?

So I decided to change up this month's micro drop a bit. We've got 1 LONG time customer favorite. Our Maple Chocolate Ghost Hot Sauce is our most-requested micro-repeat. So, don't expect it to last long. There are a bunch of folks who have asked to be notified when we re-release this sauce and they're on this list. Consider yourself warned.

Then we have Familia Jalapeno Single Varietal Hot Sauce. It's so simple, so delicious, so full of the sunshine of summer. It goes onto and into everything. Familia Farm an all-natural farm nestled in the Mettawee River Valley in beautiful Rutland County, Vermont, specializing in garlic, peppers, and cut flowers. We've been buying Familia's amazing peppers since pretty much the beginning and we really love working with them.

And then, just to keep you on your toes, we decided to release a microbatch mustard! What?! So crazy we are. We thought, what if we made a yellow mustard, but with whole seed complexity? It turns out that our Garlic Turmeric Mustard is truly fantastic. It's got nostalgia with grown up flavor. We've already gone through multiple jars at home.

So, get one, get all, but don't expect them to be around for long. Our micros have been selling faster these days, which is keeping us on our production toes. What are we going to release next month? Who knows? We don't! (Actually, that's not true, we have a whole list of ideas, but we haven't made them up. Usually we're a few months ahead, but folks have been snagging bottles fast lately).
