Mighty Maple Vanilla Parfait
Ft. Butterfly Bakery of Vermont Mighty Tasty Granola & Barrel Aged Vanilla Extract; Butterworks Farm Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 4 cups plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp BBVT Barrel Aged Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups BBVT Mighty Tasty Granola
- 2 cups assorted berries
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, stir until smooth
- For assembly, in desired serving glass, layer maple vanilla yogurt with granola and berries
