Mighty Tasty Granola

Mighty Tasty Granola combines a natural sweetness from pure Vermont maple syrup with an unexpected blend of cardamom, nutmeg, fennel, and fenugreek. Made with hearty oats, toasted coconut, quinoa and pumpkin seeds it offers a warm, maple-forward flavor. The granola reflects Butterfly Bakery of Vermont’s commitment to crafting small-batch, maple-sweetened baked goods that highlight the flavor and quality of Vermont ingredients.

I developed Mighty Tasty after a bulk buyer told me that they had a spot opening up and I told them that I had a great new granola that would fit perfectly! Spoiler alert: I hadn’t started developing that new granola yet. But I did have a bunch of ideas swirling around in my head. I threw all of my ideas into a bowl and hoped for the best. It was just magic. It all worked. I have made some minor tweaks around the edges in the intervening years, but the Mighty Tasty of today is very, very similar to that first hastily thrown together batch.

Baking That Fills the Air
