My family loves these new microbatch hot sauces

Sometimes I make good choices

Hey Friends,

Without even trying, I managed to create a trio of hot sauces for everyone in my family (well, everyone who wants to eat hot sauce)!

My oldest is just starting to get into hot sauce and spicy food, so the "barely there" heat of our Smoked Onion Poblano was perfect for her. It's a super mild riff on our ever-popular Maple Wood Smoked Onion Hot Sauce. I was aiming for what one of our copack clients refers to as "Midwest spicy." Which apparently overlaps with "middle-schooler spicy."

We use mature red poblano peppers, which have a lovely sweetness compared to the more common green poblanos, but still have that great poblano flavor. My daughter said it reminded her of the spice and flavor of nacho cheese dip (which we're probably going to put on the menu just so we can use this hot sauce in it!).

My husband and I both love the Ginger Peach and Serrano Tomatillo, but these sauces definitely have different jobs to do.

Ginger Peach is a ginger-forward red jalapeño sauce with a beautiful layer of peach and honey. It's delicious on dumplings, pizza and goat cheese salads. I mixed it with ketchup the other night to make a chicken dunking sauce, and it was FANTASTIC.

Serrano Tomatillo is a "less than medium" hot sauce that's giving verde salsa vibes. This is going to be my go-to for burrito night, tortilla chips and everything beans. I've always been a huge tomatillo fan, and this sauce does not disappoint.

So whether you're team Midwest Spicy, team Sweet & Punchy or team Verde, we've got you covered.

Get one, get two or save a little and get all three!

Meet the October Micro Batch Hot Sauces!
