When we bottled up the Pride Pack 🌈 Sauces we had a little bit leftover of 4 of the hot sauces. I didn't tell anyone about it because I wanted to give the Pride Pack 🌈 it's time to shine.
But the Pride Pack 🌈 is almost sold out now, so now it the time to launch these VERY small batches of micros. There are just 15-60 bottles of each available. And we have had a LOT of requests for these sauces to come in full sized bottles. So while there is often time to lollygag on the regular micros, I wouldn't recommend sleeping on these special sauces.

Black Currant Ginger Hot Sauce brings the northeast summer joy of black currants in an Asian direction with vibrant baby ginger. This is a hotter-than-medium hot sauce that is excellent on eggrolls, mushrooms, and pork. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 (4/6)
Onion Dill Jalapeño is a versatile medium verde sauce with a nice balance of dill and sweet walla-walla onions. It’s excellent on corn tortilla quesadillas, french fries, and grilled fish. 🔥🔥🔥 (3/6)
This classic combination is one of our most requested micro batch hot sauces. The natural sweetness of the carrot balances with the fruitiness of the red and orange habanero peppers. It goes great with goat cheese, pizza, salads and burritos. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 (4/6)
