Cold hands around a warm mug

Cold hands around a warm mug

Hey Friends,

There is a very specific moment in the afternoon when I start thinking about chai.

Not coffee. Not a snack. Chai.

That warm, spicy, slightly sweet, sit-down-for-a-minute kind of drink.

And a swirl our goat’s milk caramel in it? Yes.

Our Spiced Caramel Chai is exactly what it sounds like. Black tea. Real spices. No weird syrups. Just bold, cozy chai with a generous spoonful of our Fat Toad Farm caramel melting into it.

It’s creamy and spiced and just sweet enough. The caramel rounds out the ginger and cardamom and cinnamon so it feels softer, richer, a little indulgent without being over the top.

I’ve been making it on cold weekend mornings, but it might be even better as an afternoon reset. Just a few minutes. Kettle on. Stir. Breathe.

If you already have caramel at home, you know what you've got to do. If you don’t have caramel, well… I can help with that.

We make our caramel slowly with goat’s milk sourced from small dairies and cook it down the traditional way, so it has that deep, toasty sweetness that regular caramel just doesn’t. It plays very, very nicely with tea.

If you need a reason to add a jar (or two) to your cart, this is it.

Spice up your afternoon.

❤️ Claire
