Spicy Arrabbiata Pasta

Ingredients
  • 1 jar spicy arrabbiata tomato sauce (or any spicy tomato sauce)
  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
  • 4 portions cooked pasta
  • Maple Wood smoked chipotle flakes

Instructions
  • In a saucepan, heat spicy arrabbiata tomato sauce until starting to simmer, stirring occasionally
  • Stir in reserved pasta water and continue heating until sauce is bubbly and desired consistency
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper
  • Add pasta to pan and combine until sauce is well mixed
  • Portion onto individual plates, spooning with more sauce, if desired
  • Sprinkle with maplewood smoked chipotle flakes, for garnish
