New micro time!
🌶️🎤 Two New Micros and One Old Favorite 🎤🌶️
We are having a lot of fun in the kitchen these days! We get to be so creative and freewheeling with our micros and folks are gobbling them up fast this year! We brought back Peppercorn Porter, which (a lot of) folks have been asking for. And then we made two new never-before-made sauces that are super tasty.

Habanero Carrot Hot Sauce
It's always refreshing to get back to your root...vegetables! As rich as the soil they're grown in, these succulent carrots provide a full body and delicate sweetness to tame and complement ripe orange habaneros. A go-anywhere sauce, but particularly great for burgers, with goat cheese, or as a salad dressing base.

Trinidad Lime Hot Sauce
Trinidad Perfume peppers are a no-heat variety of the exceptionally hot Trinidad Scorpion, but where's the fun in that? We added just a little habanero to put it on the heat map. Along with the classic lime and cilantro combo, fresh scapes and cucumber make a near-salsa style sauce. Top a tostada, drizzle on deviled eggs, or slather on silken tofu.

Peppercorn Porter Hot Sauce
Peppercorn Porter attacks twice - first with the jalapeños and then with an uppercut of black pepper. But then it soothes you with the sumptuous malt from the Queen City Brewery Yorkshire Porter. This medium hot sauce is great on eggs, steaks and in a Bloody Mary.
