We made this medium heat green salsa with green garlic that we pulled ourselves on a farm work day at Honey Field Farm in Norwich Vermont. The lighter, sweeter flavor of the green garlic compliments the tomatillos and lime perfectly to make a well balanced salsa perfect for burritos, charcuterie and nachos.
Ingredients- Red Fire Farm tomatillos, Dog River Onions, Honey Field Farm green garlic, Red Fire Farm cilantro, lime juice concentrate, salt.
