Caramel Affogatos

Have you had it yet? An affogato is a great end of summer treat. It’s an incredibly easy and delicious dessert to make.

Ingredients
  • Your favorite ice cream
  • Your favorite hot shot of espresso
  • Your favorite Fat Toad Farm Traditional Goat's Milk caramel (we like to get a little boozy with our Salted Bourbon Caramel!)
Instructions
  1. Scoop ice cream into cup.
  2. Make hot shot of espresso.
  3. Pour espresso over ice cream.
  4. Drizzle amply with caramel! Enjoy!
