Mighty Tasty Granola combines a natural sweetness from pure Vermont maple syrup with an unexpected blend of cardamom, nutmeg, fennel, and fenugreek. I developed Mighty Tasty after a bulk buyer told me that they had a spot opening up and I told them that I had a great new granola that would fit perfectly! Spoiler alert: I hadn’t started developing that new granola yet. But I did have a bunch of ideas swirling around in my head. I threw all of my ideas into a bowl and hoped for the best. It was just magic. It all worked. I have made some minor tweaks around the edges in the intervening years, but the Mighty Tasty of today is very, very similar to that first hastily thrown together batch.
