We smoke sweet Vermont onions over maple wood and blend them up with red jalapeños to create this incredibly well balanced hot sauce. This medium hot sauce was a hit on Season 7 of Hot Ones and has been our best seller ever since. This versatile sauce is fantastic on pizza, beans, eggs and burgers.  2-time Hot Pepper Award Winner and featured on Season 7 of Hot Ones!
