Maple Wood Smoked Chipotle Flakes

We smoked Vermont red jalapenos, then dehydrated them and then grind them slightly to make these full flavored, smokey flakes of heat. Sprinkle this on anything that needs a a good dose of heat and a perfect dose of sweet smoke.
