We have 9 "big" flavors of hot sauce that are available year round and in stores. All other flavors are made in small ever changing 24-150 bottle batches on our stove. If you like a microbatch flavor, buy a lot, because it might never be made again. It's fun to keep you on your toes that way.
The hot sauces all come in those standard 5oz hot sauce bottles. As for ingredients, these are all vinegar based hot sauces with no gums or fillers. The ingredients (besides Vermont grown peppers, organic white vinegar and salt) are generally right there in the title. Send us a quick email if you need more specific details on a given flavor.

Maple Rum Chipotle - Gosh, I love bringing folks favorites into the big leagues. This hot sauce is a warm hug of St Johnsbury Distillery's Maple Rum, Vermont jalapenos that we maple wood smoke ourselves, and a sweet splash of pure Vermont maple syrup. Vienna Lager Mustard - We make hot sauce. We make mustard. We love good beer. It took us surprisingly long to realize that we really ought to be making a beer mustard hot sauce. So we did. And it was good. On sausage. On pizza. On salad. And on burgers. This condiment of perfection is made with von Trapp Brewery Vienna Style Lager and Vermont jalapenos. Smoked Onion - This started as a one off batch flavor. Then folks wanted another batch. And another. #2104 Scape Sauce - This is not actually a hot sauce as it contains no heat or peppers. I make it just like I make the hot sauces, but with garlic scapes instead of peppers (scapes are the lovely green curly cues that grow above ground on a garlic plant). The vibrant garlic flavor of the part of the garlic plant that farmers usually turn back into the soil makes for a thick and versatile sauce. 🚫🔥
#2065 Maple Wood Smoked Onion Habanero - A spicier take on our most popular sauce! Maple wood smoked onions are pretty much the best thing ever, and paired with ripe, red, Vermont grown habaneros, it's hard to find what it can't go on. #2069 So Not - So Not Hot Sauce is made with a habanada pepper, which has all the flavor of a tropical burn-your-face-off pepper, but none of the heat. #2073 Garlic Cranberry - We first made Garlic Cranberry Hot Sauce back in our early hot sauce days. Back when we made 20 bottle batches to sell at the farmers market. It tastes good on cheese and crackers, pork meatballs, and roasted sweet potatoes. #2109 Cayenne Ghost Pioppino - Commonly known as the Black Poplar mushroom, the Pioppino mushroom imparts an earthy but nutty flavor when cooked. We pan fried the mushrooms before blending them with cayenne and sweet red peppers. And with a little ghost pepper added, you have a sauce perfect for cheese, fried fish, or spread onto a whole wheat sandwich. #2112 Fermented Chili Garlic - We fermented Fresno and Cayenne peppers with a generous amout of garlic scapes to pack a wallop of spicy umami garlic goodness. With a little fresh Cayenne on top, this sauce melds perfectly with stir fry, soba noodles, or fish tacos. #2115 Dutchess Mystery Pepper - The Dutchess Farm Mystery Peppers started growing in the middle of a row of ghosts. This larger, fleshier pepper, tasted like a ghost, but with more juicy sweetness. This hot sauce with a good dose of heat tastes great with soup, shrimp, and turkey sandwiches. Organic white vinegar, Dutchess Farm mystery chili peppers, salt.
#2117 Apple Beet - Deep and dark is the best way to describe this sauce. The mild sweet of the beet is unmistakable, and helps to tame the heat of aggressive Vermont serranos. With help from tart apples and savory onions, this fully balanced sauce is versitle enough for over-easy eggs, sweet potato hash, or as part of a salad dressing. #2124 Peppercorn Porter - Peppercorn Porter attacks twice - first with the jalapeños and then with an uppercut of black pepper. But then it soothes you with the sumptuous malt from the Queen City Brewery Yorkshire Porter. This medium hot sauce is great on eggs, steaks and in a Bloody Mary. #2127 Parsnip Ramp - Parsnips left in the ground over a cold winter develop a rich, earthy sweetness. Ramps are a wild onion that are the first vegetable to poke out of the ground in the spring. We combined these delights of Vermont’s early spring with green jalapenos to create a medium hot sauce that is great with goat cheese, black beans and bitter greens. #2130 Elderflower Ghost- First you get an amazingly delicate flowery flavor of both St Johnsbury Distillery’s Elderflower Rum and ghost peppers, then you get smacked in the face with the heat of the peppers. The Exception to the Rule
We make special, exclusive batches of hot sauce for The Alchemist (maker of Heady Topper - one of the world's best IPA's). This used to be only available at The Alchemist's shop, but they are now letting us hold back a limited number of cases for sale on our website. These are only available until they run out and then won't be back until the next batch that we make for The Alchemist (usually every 1-2 months).
Red Heady - (AKA Heady Pepper Owner's Reserve) This is a hot sauce that we make specially for The Alchemist. We’ve crafted a custom blend of Vermont jalapenos and habaneros which mix beautifully with Heady Topper’s bright hoppiness and together deliver you right up to hop sauce heaven. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

You want your order approximately yesterday, right? Well, it's a good thing that we love getting your order out of our hands and into yours as fast as possible! That's why, if you order before our mail carrier comes by (usually between noon and 3), we usually get your order out the very same day.
Everything ships from our bakery in Montpelier, Vermont and generally orders going to individuals go out via USPS and wholesale orders go out either via FedEx or USPS depending on size (Please note: Larger web orders may still ship out via FedEx - please contact us if you would prefer your order to ship via a particular carrier - additional charges may apply).
