Maple Rum Chipotle - Gosh, I love bringing folks favorites into the big leagues. This hot sauce is a warm hug of St Johnsbury Distillery's Maple Rum, Vermont jalapenos that we maple wood smoke ourselves, and a sweet splash of pure Vermont maple syrup. Vienna Lager Mustard - We make hot sauce. We make mustard. We love good beer. It took us surprisingly long to realize that we really ought to be making a beer mustard hot sauce. So we did. And it was good. On sausage. On pizza. On salad. And on burgers. This condiment of perfection is made with von Trapp Brewery Vienna Style Lager and Vermont jalapenos. Red jalapenos, organic white vinegar, Von Trapp Vienna Lager, organic ground yellow mustard seed, salt. 🔥🔥🔥
Habanero Lime Switchback - Switchback’s well balanced, smooth, signature ale rounds out the lively kick of Vermont grown habaneros and organic lime juice. This hot sauce with a burn is great on tacos, cocktails and seafood. Or, you know, everywhere... Red habaneros, organic white vinegar, Switchback Ale, organic lime juice, salt. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The Big Non-Beer Hot Sauce Flavors:

Also a 4-time Hot Pepper Award Winner! Red jalapeños, organic white vinegar, garlic scapes, Eastman Long & Sons pure Vermont maple syrup, salt. 🔥🔥🔥
Vermont Habs - Habaneros grown in Vermont's lush soil mean that our hot sauces deliver just as much flavor as heat. The subtle fruitiness of habaneros grown just for us isn't masked by sweeteners, gums and other stuff that you don't want. Vermont Habs is a fabulous habit. Red habaneros, organic white vinegar, salt. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Smoked Onion - This started as a one off batch flavor. Then folks wanted another batch. And another. It was around the fourth "one off batch" that we realized that maple wood smoked onions and Vermont grown chili peppers makes for some fabulous hot sauce. 2-time Hot Pepper Award Winner and featured on Season 7 of Hot Ones! This hot sauce with a kick tastes great on sandwiches, salads and soups. Ingredients: Vermont jalapenos, organic distilled vinegar, ghost peppers, Vermont garlic scapes, Vermont cucumbers, dill, salt, black pepper. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The Micro Batches:
#2104 Scape Sauce - This is not actually a hot sauce as it contains no heat or peppers. I make it just like I make the hot sauces, but with garlic scapes instead of peppers (scapes are the lovely green curly cues that grow above ground on a garlic plant). The vibrant garlic flavor of the part of the garlic plant that farmers usually turn back into the soil makes for a thick and versatile sauce. Vermont garlic scapes, organic white vinegar, salt 🚫🔥
#2065 Maple Wood Smoked Onion Habanero - A spicier take on our most popular sauce! Maple wood smoked onions are pretty much the best thing ever, and paired with ripe, red, Vermont grown habaneros, it's hard to find what it can't go on. We particularly like it in chili, on grilled burgers, and even daring to top an egg at breakfast. Lester Farm red habanero, organic white vinegar, maple wood smoked Full Moon Farm onions, salt. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
#2069 So Not - So Not Hot Sauce is made with a habanada pepper, which has all the flavor of a tropical burn-your-face-off pepper, but none of the heat. So you feel like you’re going to get kicked in the face, but then... you don’t! Kind of like if Lucy actually left the ball there for Charlie. Honey Field Farm habanada peppers, organic white vinegar, salt. 🚫🔥
#2073 Garlic Cranberry - We first made Garlic Cranberry Hot Sauce back in our early hot sauce days. Back when we made 20 bottle batches to sell at the farmers market. It tastes good on cheese and crackers, pork meatballs, and roasted sweet potatoes. True Love red jalapeno, Artesano organic white vinegar, Vermont grown fresh cranberries, Pete’s Greens garlic scapes, salt. 🔥🔥🔥
#2115 Dutchess Mystery Pepper - The Dutchess Farm Mystery Peppers started growing in the middle of a row of ghosts. This larger, fleshier pepper, tasted like a ghost, but with more juicy sweetness. This hot sauce with a good dose of heat tastes great with soup, shrimp, and turkey sandwiches. Organic white vinegar, Dutchess Farm mystery chili peppers, salt. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
#2124 Peppercorn Porter - Peppercorn Porter attacks twice - first with the jalapeños and then with an uppercut of black pepper. But then it soothes you with the sumptuous malt from the Queen City Brewery Yorkshire Porter. This medium hot sauce is great on eggs, steaks and in a Bloody Mary. Dog River Farm green jalapeno, organic white vinegar, Queen City Brewery Yorkshire Porter, salt, organic black pepper. 🔥🔥🔥
#2127 Parsnip Ramp - Parsnips left in the ground over a cold winter develop a rich, earthy sweetness. Ramps are a wild onion that are the first vegetable to poke out of the ground in the spring. We combined these delights of Vermont’s early spring with green jalapenos to create a medium hot sauce that is great with goat cheese, black beans and bitter greens. Honey Field Farm green jalapenos, organic white vinegar, wild ramps foraged in Cabot VT, Lewis Creek Farm parsnips, salt. 🔥🔥🔥
#2132 Heady Topper Smoked Onion - Our two most popular sauces in one! Any hop head will recognize the distinct hop aroma and malt profile of Heady Topper, followed by a smooth but spicy transition into the warming flavors of our forever-delicious maple wood smoked onions. This will go great with pizza, grilled bratwurst, or in a fresh corn salsa. Familia Farm red jalapenos, organic white vinegar, maple wood smoked Full Moon Farm onions, The Alchemist’s Heady Topper IPA, salt.🔥🔥🔥
#2136 Elderflower Ghost- First you get an amazingly delicate flowery flavor of both St Johnsbury Distillery’s Elderflower Rum and ghost peppers, then you get smacked in the face with the heat of the peppers. Our most popular ghost hot sauce tastes great on turkey sandwiches and fancy cheeses. Dutchess Farm ghost peppers, organic white vinegar, St. Johnsbury Distillery Elderflower Rum, salt.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
#2137 Mild Maple Wood Smoked Onion - Some like it hot, some like it... not! With that in mind, we wanted to give everyone across all heat palettes a chance to know how fantastic maple wood smoked onions are (we’re obsessed with them)! This sauce is great for omlettes, finishing stir frys, or just dripped onto slices of sharp cheddar. Quill Hill Farm Boldog Hungarian pepper, organic white vinegar, maple wood smoked Full Moon Farm onions, salt. 🚫🔥
#2141 Red Ghost Reaper - We blended some of the hottest peppers that our farmers could grow. The flavors start with notes of honey and flowers but then ramps up to, “What were you thinking?” and heads straight over to “I hate you right now.” Enjoy! Red Fire Farm reaper peppers, Artesano organic white vinegar, Red Fire Farm red ghost peppers, salt. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
