We have 9 "big" flavors of hot sauce that are available year round and in stores. All other flavors are made in small ever changing 24-150 bottle batches on our stove. If you like a microbatch flavor, buy a lot, because it might never be made again. It's fun to keep you on your toes that way.
The hot sauces all come in those standard 5oz hot sauce bottles. As for ingredients, these are all vinegar based hot sauces with no gums or fillers. The ingredients (besides Vermont grown peppers, organic white vinegar and salt) are generally right there in the title. Send us a quick email if you need more specific details on a given flavor.

The Big Craft Beer/Spirit Hot Sauce Flavors:
Heady Pepper - Made with the world famous Heady Topper IPA, this medium hot hot sauce is made with green jalapenos and will deliver you right up to hop sauce heaven. 🔥🔥🔥
Maple Rum Chipotle - Gosh, I love bringing folks favorites into the big leagues. This hot sauce is a warm hug of St Johnsbury Distillery's Maple Rum, Vermont jalapenos that we maple wood smoke ourselves, and a sweet splash of pure Vermont maple syrup. This makes for a great pizza and chili sauce.🔥🔥🔥
Vienna Beer Mustard - We make hot sauce. We make mustard. We love good beer. It took us surprisingly long to realize that we really ought to be making a beer mustard hot sauce. So we did. And it was good. On sausage. On pizza. On salad. And on burgers. This condiment of perfection is made with von Trapp Brewery Vienna Style Lager and Vermont serranos. 🔥🔥🔥
Habanero Lime Switchback - Switchback’s well balanced, smooth, signature ale rounds out the lively kick of Vermont grown habaneros and organic lime juice. This hot sauce with a burn is great on tacos, cocktails and seafood. Or, you know, everywhere... 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Peppercorn Porter - Peppercorn Porter attacks twice - first with the jalapenos and then with an uppercut of black pepper. But then it soothes you with the sumptuous malt from the lovely Yorkshire Porter from Queen City Brewery. This medium hot sauce is great on eggs, steaks and in a Bloody Mary. 🔥🔥🔥
The Big Non-Beer Hot Sauce Flavors:
Maple Sugar Shack Sriracha - Garlicky maple sweet heat. This is one of our most popular hot sauces and is made with some spectacular red jalapenos, organic garlic scapes and pure Vermont maple syrup. Also a 4-time Hot Pepper Award Winner! 🔥🔥🔥
Vermont Habs - Habaneros grown in Vermont's lush soil mean that our hot sauces deliver just as much flavor as heat. The subtle fruitiness of habaneros grown just for us isn't masked by sweeteners, gums and other stuff that you don't want. Vermont Habs is a fabulous habit. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Smoked Onion - This started as a one off batch flavor. Then folks wanted another batch. And another. It was around the fourth "one off batch" that we realized that maple wood smoked onions and Vermont grown chili peppers makes for some fabulous hot sauce. 2-time Hot Pepper Award Winner and featured on Season 7 of Hot Ones! 🔥🔥🔥
Cilantro Onion - straight forward with mid-level heat this is our signature "use on anything and everything" hot sauce made with green jalapenos, robust cilantro and sweet Vermont onions.🔥🔥🔥
The Micro Batches:
#1903 Smoked Jalapeno Ginger - This vibrant flavor bomb of a sauce is deeply smoky and brightly gingery. It will bring oomph to bland dishes and bring flavorful foods to new levels. It is yummy on beans, roast veggies and stinky cheeses.🔥🔥🔥
#1911 Fermented Sriracha - Fresno peppers are little pops of heat and bright flavor. We fermented them with Vermont garlic scapes then cooked it all up with pure Vermont maple syrup. It is great on pizza, salad and cheeses.🔥🔥🔥
#1925 Mix o' Peppers - We brine fermented a some Dutchess Farm green jalapenos for a couple months, then blended them up with pablanos and habaneros to make this surprisingly complex, multi-layered hot sauce. It tastes particularly good on rice, burritos and chicken. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
#1928 Heady Ghost - Are you someone who loves amazing beer? And you love when food is really painful? But you want the pain to have tons of flavor too? We made this blend of Heady Topper IPA and ghost peppers just for you, you lovely, yet demanding person. It tastes particularly good on cheese, beans, and pizza. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
#1931 Scape Sauce - This is not actually a hot sauce as it contains no heat or peppers. I make it just like I make the hot sauces, but with garlic scapes instead of peppers (scapes are the lovely green curly cues that grow above ground on a garlic plant). The vibrant garlic flavor of the part of the garlic plant that farmers usually turn back into the soil makes for a thick and versatile sauce. 🚫🔥
#1933 Habanero Smoked Onion Rauchbier - We took our award winning Maple Wood Smoked Onion Hot Sauce and kicked it up a notch. Vermont habaneros and Queen City Brewery’s signature smoked marzen beer take a little dance with maple wood smoked Vermont onions. This lightly smoky sauce is great on eggs, pizza and charcuterie. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
#1934 Cilantro Verde - Like walking into your favorite Mexican restaurant, the smell of this sauce makes your mouth water for all of the delicious food you are about to eat. Cilantro Verde Hot Sauce is made with cumin and cilantro and is good on chicken, tamales, and pork burritos. 🔥🔥🔥
#1935 Honey Ghost Pear - Our Honey Ghost Pear hot sauce starts off with a delicate, flowery pear and honey flavor. Then it wallops you in the face and makes you beg for more. It tastes particularly good on pizza, chili and soup. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
#1936 Dirty Pickle - This is a thoroughly dill pickle rich hot sauce with a deep gingery undertone from Citizen Cider’s Dirty Mayor ginger hard cider. It tastes great on summer salads, hard boiled eggs and burgers. 🔥🔥🔥
#1937 12 Pepper Mélange - We grew a little pepper garden in our front yard and blended up that random grouping of peppers with a random grouping of peppers from our first pepper farmer. This utterly unique sauce has a multilayered complexity that makes it taste great on burritos, pizza, and stirfry. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
#1938 Red Ghost Reaper - We blended some of the hottest peppers that our farmers could grow. The flavors starts with notes of honey and flowers but then ramps up to, “What were you thinking?” and heads straight over to “I hate you right now.” Enjoy!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
