Our April micros are just fantastic

We have three pretty spectacular new microbatch hot sauce for you to try. We had just a blissful tasting session and those bottles sure as heck made it home with me.

 

Miso Honey Hot Sauce

This silky sauce will be hard for you, or your food, to say no to. Organic red miso and honey are a bombshell combination. From pizza to meatball subs, to a cheese plate or cocktail shrimp, and even fruit pie or brownies, this social butterfly in a bottle plays well with everyone. 

 

 

Roasted Ramp and Rhubarb Hot Sauce

We’ve created another accidental “meal in a bottle” flavor, this time Chinese garlic broccoli... with zero garlic or broccoli. Pleasantly mellowed rhubarb provides an earthy sweetness while roasted ramps kick umami into high gear. It goes exceptionally well with seared beef, egg rolls, or a blue cheese mushroom burger.

 

 

Mystery Ginger Pear

Our favoriate “mystery” hybrid pepper from Dutchess Farm paired with sweet Olympic Asian pears, with a touch of honey and fresh ginger create a fruity sauce you might mistake for passion fruit or mango. A superb base for salad dressing, grilled sweet potato, or even popcorn.
